Day 3 - 24/10/18

Whilst we were setting up the interaction piece, some people walking through the foyer of the Kings Cross CSM campus had already begun to notice our work and came over out of curiosity. The duration of the 'What is Perfect?' lasted 2 hours in total, and the turn out was higher than expected. This had come down to the location and time we choose to showcase our work, as well as the simplicity of the interaction process. For example, it was a quick task to explain to the audience to place coloured stickers onto faces on a wall, and easy enough for all ages to perform, and even those who were in a rush stopped by to help build onto the wall. Before setup, we considered few locations including the large space in the middle of the building where there were big white walls. We also visited the 1st floor, as well as the cafeteria, before deciding in favour of the entrance area. As there were open days going on, and it was before the card-access barriers, the general public was also able to view our work as they walked in and out of CSM.

Day 4 - 25/10/18

From conversations that we had with the audience at Kings Cross and in class during the critique,

  3. What made it successful?
  4. What would we do differently next time?
  5. What bigger idea did this project lead to? Eg audience interpretation and conversation
  6. Was the public response expected or unexpected?
  7. How to measure the impact made / achieve goal?
